It seemed all of Eureka Springs had no vacancy this past weekend when we stopped at Express Inn to see if they had a room available. To our surprise they did! The place is immaculate and the staff very friendly. We slept so good we forgot we were out of town. The pool was clean and peaceful. Thank you for your hospitality and your ongoing effort to keep the motel clean and hospitable.
Great place to stay !! Man who checked us in was wonderful made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms very clean comfortable beds, I slept better than at home. Location perfect not too far from downtown highly recommend
The beds are very comfortable. I can’t believe how well I slept. The rooms are quiet. I can’t believe how well I slept! I didn’t want to get out of bed. Water pressure is excellent too. Has microwave, fridge, iron and board. The wallpaper and carpet may be outdated. But the room is very clean. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner though they do have a small bottle in room. The owner is very nice and seems to work here 24/7. No joke lol. There is other staff here too. But I can tell he takes pride in his hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by the owner who was informative, gracious and kind. The beds are MOST comfortable, the shower was amazing! Nice pool and hot tub. Yes, it is a bit dated, but it is clean, in good repair and VERY affordable!! We will stay here again and again when we come back to ES!!! YOU SHOULD TOO!!
Pleasant surprise. Got good rate for double bed room. Extremely clean, no odors, well maintained. The room was immaculate, No bugs! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shower was amazingly hot, plenty of towels. My only dislike was the breakfast nook is a separate "glass house" sitting out in front of the motel. Didn't like the feeling of everyone watching you eat as they drove by!
The rooms are so clean I could still smell the product they used when I checked in. The older man working the desk was super nice. Exta towels, no problem. The breakfast is a simple self service. The aircon in the room works very well. The hot tub isn't hot but we came for the room and I would recommend you do too.
It is clean and quiet. The breakfast area is small, but we'll stocked for a continental breakfast and very clean. Check in was easy and service was excellent. It is not a high end hotel, but for the price, it meets every expectation
This place was very very clean and nice. Pool and hot tub were relaxing; employee was very considerate to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Convenient and quiet location. I recommend staying upstairs on the back for a relaxing quiet view. We will be back!
